Viravanh
Engineer - Co-founder & CEO

Viravanh is co-founder of Welbees and senior Human Factors consultant. She is graduate engineer from the French National School of Civil Aviation (ENAC). She also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in “Human Factors and Safety Assessment in Aeronautics” from the University of Cranfield (United Kingdom). Viravanh has been working in close collaboration with Philippe Cabon for more than ten years on Fatigue Risk Management Systems (FRMS) for the air transportation industry. Her expertise includes fatigue risk management, human factors, aviation psychology, statistical analysis, and safety management for the aviation industry.

Philippe
Doctor - Co-founder & Scientific Expert

Philippe is Human Factors exper, co-founder of Welbees, and an Associate Professor in Human Factors at Université de Paris Cité (France). He holds a a Master degree in Psychology, a Master degree in Neuroscience, a PhD from Paris Descartes University and a “Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches” in Psychology. His expertise includes Human Factors and safety management in aviation, chronobiology, fatigue, sleep, workload and stress. Over the last 25 years Philippe has been in charge of conducting numerous projects on fatigue and sleep in various domain (aviation, transport, industry, etc.)

Benjamin
Psychologist Statistician - Data analyst / AI

Benjamin holds a master's degree in cognitive psychology from the University of Paris, where he taught statistics, psychometrics, cognitive psychology and research methodology for ten years. He has been working at Welbees as adata analyst since 2016, where he led an analysis of various existing biomathematical models of fatigue. He is expert in statistical analysis of fatigue, stress and sleep data and has been involved in building mixed models to better understand the main factors contributing to stress and fatigue and improve their prediction in pilots. Benjamin is able to apply his expertise in human data analysis to a wide range of research fields in health, safety and psychology..

Lead Developer Full stack


Guillaume graduated in computer engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. As lead developer, Guillaume is responsible for coordinating the web development of Welbees' tools and applications, both on the front-end (software user interface) and the back-end (database and software operation). In addition to its usefulness for the performance of our fatigue prediction tools, this work enables us to collect data tailored to the needs of our customers, whatever their sector of activity and the purpose of their request.

Ema
Ergonomist - Occupational health and safety consultant

Ema Inthavisay holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Psychological Ergonomics from the Université de Paris-Cité, which enabled her to be trained in various ergonomic intervention methods . She works as a human factors consultant specializing in risk management, where she is involved in consulting and training activities as well as research and development. Her contribution focuses on adapting our fatigue risk management tools to the activities of our end-users. Her work will be based on the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data , in order to understand operators' needs and adapt their working conditions and schedules to promote health and safety in the workplace.

Pauline
Psychologist - Occupational health and safety consultant

Pauline holds a Master's degree in Clinical Biological Psychology from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB, Belgium), where she was trained in nervous system psychology. She specialized in sleep and fatigue at the Sleep Laboratory (CHU Brugmann), where she became familiar with the clinical and research aspects of sleep and fatigue management. At the same time, her experience as a flight attendant led her into the world of aviation, and today to Welbees as a consultant in Fatigue Risk Management Systems (FRMS), providing both consultancy and training on various aspects of occupational health.

Thibault
Occupational psychologist - Occupational health and safety consultant

Thibault is a psychologist specializing in issues relating to the world of work and organizations (Paris 8 University), while remaining passionate about health topics such as sleep, stress, fatigue and health behaviors. His studies and professional experience have enabled him to build up a wealth of experience in consultancy and training on fatigue risk, quality of working life, working conditions and psychosocial risks. He also holds degrees in communications and political science applied to business.

Guillaume Lecomte

Developer Full stack

After completing a master's degree in computer programming and development at ETNA, Gaël's first professional experience was in web interface design and development, before a period of freelance work as a fullstack web developer. He now supports the development of Welbees' fatigue prediction tools and software prédiction de fatigue, as well as the IT management of data collection adapted to customer requirements, their sector of activity or the nature of their request.
