COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Data is necessary for the delivery of the services provided by Welbees.

Personal Data is collected, processed, and stored by Welbees in compliance with the current French Privacy Act and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Welbees collects and processes names, phone numbers, and emails of its business contacts in order to accurately provide clients with the services described via its website.

When acting as a processor – as defined under Article 4 of the GDPR – on behalf of its clients, Welbees collects and processes information on the work of its client’s employees and the potential consequences as it relates to specific sleep and fatigue levels. This information includes some employee’s personal data, such as: age, sleep quality, sleep quantity, and fatigue levels.

The clients of Welbees shall always be regarded as the controller of its employee’s personal data, including all processing made on its behalf.

The data is stored in accordance with the duration specified and for the provision by Welbees of its services. All employee data becomes anonymous within the month following the end of the implemented fatigue risk assessment for the Client.

Each Data Subject has a right to access, rectification, erasure, and portability regarding his/her own personal data, under the conditions set forth by the French Privacy Act and the GDPR. The right of access, rectification, erasure, and portability can be exercised by sending an email to contact@welbees.com.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

Welbees has appointed Virtual-DPO as an external Data Protection Officer. Data Subjects can send their requests through the contact page of Virtual DPO: www.virtual-dpo.fr

When the right of access, rectification, erasure, or portability are exercised by a client’s employee, Welbees will answer the employee’s request according to the conditions set forth by the client, as long as such conditions comply with the GDPR and French Privacy Act.

Should he/she have any difficulty, the Data Subject can file a claim with the CNIL or any other legal authority having jurisdiction.

Cookies can automatically be installed on your browser or device when visiting Welbees’ website or application. A cookie cannot identify the visitor; however, it can store information related to the websites and applications you have visited.
